1. ORDER PROCESSING
1.1 Standard Handling
- Orders are verified, quality-checked, and packaged within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays).
- Delivery timeline: 5-8 business days to contiguous U.S. states after processing.
1.2 Delay Protocol
We will email you within 24 hours if delays occur due to:
- Warehouse stock shortages
- Carrier service disruptions
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)
2. SHIPPING SERVICES
2.1 Coverage & Restrictions
- Free Standard Shipping: Contiguous 48 U.S. states
- Restricted Destinations:
‣ PO Boxes
‣ Military addresses (APO/FPO)
‣ Freight forwarders

2.2 Carrier Partners
- Primary: UPS & FedEx (tracking provided upon shipment)
- Expedited options available (Section 5)
2.3 Customs & Duties
- International buyers:
› Responsible for all import taxes/duties
› Non-refundable for customs-abandoned parcels
› Contact local customs for fee estimates
3. ORDER MODIFICATIONS
3.1 Pre-Shipment Changes
- Address updates: Accepted until 12 PM EST next business day
- Product swaps/cancellations: Must request before packaging completion
3.2 In-Transit Changes
- Address redirection:
› $15 fee if carrier permits
› Success not guaranteed - Contact carrier directly using provided tracking number
4. LOST PACKAGE RESOLUTION
4.1 Claims Process
If no delivery within 15 business days:
- File claim with carrier
- Email carrier report to [support@javsmartboard.com]
- Choose:
› Free replacement OR
› Full refund
4.2 Exclusions
- Claims filed >30 days post-shipment
- Incorrect/undeliverable addresses
