    • Click on Sign Up and follow the easy instructions to create your account. This will grant you full access to all support features and allow you to track your submitted tickets.

 

  1. Submit Your Ticket

    • After signing up and logging in, you’ll be directed to the Home Page of the Help Center.

    • To submit a new issue, click on My Area, then select Add Ticket.

    • Fill out the form with a detailed description of the problem you’re experiencing with your product and click Submit. Once your ticket is submitted, our support team will begin working on your case immediately.

  1. Track Your Ticket Progress

    • After submitting your ticket, you can easily track its progress from the My Area page.

    • You’ll receive timely updates as our team works to resolve your issue. If you have any follow-up questions or need more information, you can communicate directly with our support team via the ticket system.
