Quick help for keeping your JAV Smart Board running smoothly.

Remote control failure+

Check whether there are obstacles between the remote control and the sensor receiving area.
Check whether the battery polarity is correct.
Replace the remote control batteries if needed.

The machine shuts down automatically+

Check whether sleep mode is enabled.
Check whether there is a sudden power outage.
Check whether there is no signal input for an extended period.

The system automatically exits+

Check whether the external signal is stable.
Restart the smart board and try again.
If the issue repeats, contact JAV support with the product model and firmware version.

Touch is inaccurate+

Check whether the touch frame is blocked or dirty.
Clean the screen surface gently.
Restart the device and calibrate touch if your system provides calibration tools.

Touch does not respond+

Check whether the USB touch cable is connected properly.
Confirm the input source is correct.
Restart the smart board and the connected computer.

The OPS computer cannot start+

Check whether the OPS module is installed correctly.
Power off the board, reseat the OPS module, then restart.
Confirm that the selected input source is PC or OPS.

No network connection in PC mode+

Check Ethernet or Wi-Fi settings in the operating system.
Confirm that the network cable or wireless credentials are correct.
Restart the router or contact your network administrator if needed.

No image or abnormal image+

Check whether the HDMI cable is connected firmly.
Confirm the correct signal source is selected.
Try another cable or another external device to isolate the issue.

Image is blurred or color looks abnormal+

Check the output resolution of the connected device.
Use a high-quality HDMI cable.
Adjust display settings such as brightness, contrast and color mode.

No sound+

Check whether the volume is muted or set too low.
Confirm that the audio output source is correct.
Check the external device's audio settings and cable connection.

Sound is distorted+

Lower the volume on the board and the connected source device.
Check whether the audio cable or source file is causing the issue.
Restart the board if the problem continues.
