Refund policy

JAV Smart Board

lf you purchased a JAV Smart Board(s) directly from JAV, you can request a return within the first 60 days after receiving delivery of your product. However, you must pay the return delivery fee. The cost depends on the logistics provider you choose. For Amazon purchases, please contact Amazon's after-sale team at support@javsmartboard.com. If it has been more than 60 days since you received your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Return Requirements

  1. Keep all original packaging for potential returns. 
  2. The product must be undamaged and include all acessories.
  3. Ship the product to your country's nearest return Location
    · US return address: 15702 Cypress Ave, Chino, CA 91708
  4. JAV will inspect the product before issuing a refund.

Return Scenarlos

  • Customer-Initiated Returns: You are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Jav Error(Damaged/incorrect Items): No shipping fees will be charged to you.
  • Defective/Damaged on Arrival: Eligible for return.

Refund Proces

     1. After receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you with approval/rejection details.
     2. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original payment method.


Late or Missing Refunds

· If no refund after 7 business days:
1. Check your bank/card statement.
2. Contact your bank/card company
3. If unresolved, email us at support@javsmartboard.com

Exchanges

  • Defective/damaged items must be reported within 7 business days of delivery.
  • Email support@javsmartboard.com with your shipping address.
  • JAV covers two-way shipping for replacements.

Shipping Policy

  • JAV will provide a return shipping label upon approval.
  • Exception: Customer-initiated returns require self-paid shipping.

Partial Refunds

A partial refund may apply if:
  1. Items are not in their original condition due to non-JAV errors.
  2. Orders refused after shipping will deduct return fees from refunds.

Shipping Damage Claims

  • Must be reported within 7 business days of delivery.
  • Claims after this period are not eligible.
