Limited Hardware Warranty and Support Terms

Thank you for purchasing JAV products. The warranties provided by JAV Inc. in this Limited Hardware Warranty apply only to hardware products you purchase for your own use, and not for resale. Nothing in this Limited Warranty affects statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived or limited by contract.

1. Warranty Coverage

JAV Smart Board is committed to providing high-quality products and customer service. Coverage includes:

• Hardware malfunctions: For hardware malfunctions occurring during normal use, JAV will provide repair or replacement services.
• Manufacturing defects: For functional failures caused by manufacturing defects, JAV will offer repair or replacement services.

2. Warranty Period

The warranty period for JAV Smart Board products is one year from the date of purchase. During this period, covered repair and replacement-part costs are included.

3. Technical Support Services

JAV provides technical guidance to help diagnose covered product issues and determine the appropriate next step.

4. Warranty Claim Process

4.1 Filing a claim

Customers can submit a warranty request through the online contact form or contact JAV customer service for assistance.

4.2 Product evaluation

After receiving a claim, JAV engineers will evaluate the product. If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect or covered hardware malfunction, repair or replacement will proceed.

4.3 Repair or replacement

• Repair: Repairable issues will be serviced to restore proper function.
• Replacement: If repair is not feasible, JAV will provide an appropriate replacement.

5. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by accidents, improper use or unauthorized repairs.
• Damage resulting from fire, flood or other force-majeure events.
• Unauthorized modifications or alterations.

6. Additional Terms

• This warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser.
• Repairs or replacements made during the warranty period do not extend the original warranty duration.
• JAV reserves the right to adjust these terms as permitted by applicable law.
